Anyone Tried An Agency?
I have been looking for help with a technical document because I want the information to be clear and well organized. While searching online, I came across a technical writing agency. I have never worked with an agency before, so I wanted to ask if anyone here has. Was communication easy? Did they understand your needs? I would really like honest feedback from people with real experience. What was the process like, and were you happy with the final work?
